This infill site is located within the heritage precinct of Camden. The design is respectful and innovative, it gives consideration to the surrounding historical buildings and uses them as analogical markers for the new construction.  The commercial premises take cues from the historical character of the streetscape regarding compositional principles of scale, form and massing. While the residential building will be contemporary in its materials, style and scale making it an identifiable product of its own time. The contextual and the contemporary will coexist to provide unique architectural buildings that link memories of the past while serving now and into the future.
