19 Little Street Camden is a boutique light industrial development providing warehouse and office spaces. This architectural response aims to be a creative difference, to inspire and to be authentic. Authenticity will be two-fold; the personal desire to provide a quality product and the aspiration to be sympathetic to the character of Camden. This will be achieved through the use of form and materiality. 

The design will be based on the existing architectural language of its greater context, all while being specialised and modern. Just as a boutique is more than just a store, this warehouse development is more than just storage. This atypical approach will reinvent the factory facade using architectural principles to create a lasting sensory experience on its users and the greater community.
